Liên doanh Việt - Nga Vietsovpetro tổ chức bán theo nguyên trạng "02 Taurus 60 Gas Turbine thanh lý" theo hình thức mời đấu giá quốc tế một vòng bỏ phiếu kín. Chi tiết như sau:
Tài sản bán đấu giá: 02 Taurus 60 Gas Turbine với đặc điểm sau:

Giá khởi điểm: 8.951.000.000 đồng (tương đương 389.000,00 đô la Mỹ), đã bao gồm VAT.
Thời gian bán hồ sơ: Từ 08h ngày 18/07/2019 đến trước 09h ngày 16/09/2019 (trong giờ hành chính). Giá bán 01 bộ Hồ sơ mời đấu giá là 1.000.000 đồng (nhà thầu trong nước) hoặc 45 USD (nhà thầu nước ngoài), thanh toán qua tài khoản số 008.100.000001.1 (VND) hoặc 008.137.000002.9 (USD) của Liên doanh Việt - Nga Vietsovpetro tại Ngân hàng TMCP Ngoại thương Việt Nam, chi nhánh Vũng Tàu trước khi nhận hồ sơ.
Thời gian xem tàu: Các nhà thầu được yêu cầu tập trung tại cổng Vietsovpetro, số 105 Lê Lợi, phường Thắng Nhì, TP. Vũng Tàu vào lúc 08h30 ngày 10/09/2019. Vietsovpetro sẽ cử đại diện đưa các nhà thầu đi xem hàng.
Thời gian đóng thầu: 09h ngày 16/09/2019.
Thời gian mở hồ sơ chào giá: 09h30 ngày 16/09/2019.
Đảm bảo dự thầu: 1.380.000.000 đồng hoặc 60.000 USD với hiệu lực 30 ngày kể từ ngày đóng thầu, do Ngân hàng TMCP Ngoại thương Việt Nam, chi nhánh Vũng Tàu phát hành theo mẫu quy định trong hồ sơ mời đấu giá.

Vietsovpetro would like to place on sale Turbines known as on "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis in the format of international one-round sealed bidding. Further details of the Bid are provided below.
Property for sale: 02 Taurus 60 Gas Turbine.

Minimum Reserve Price: USD 389.000,00 (Three hundred and eighty-nine thousand dollars) or VND 8.951.000.000 (Eight billion nine hundred fifty one million Vietnamese dong)), inclusive of VAT.
Register for participation: Bidding Documents shall be available for collection from 08:00 AM, on 18/7/2019 to 09:00 AM on 16/9/2019 Hanoi time, GMT +7 (in working hours) at below correspondence address.
Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents at a non-refundable fee of VND 1.000,000 for Vietnamese Bidders or USD 45 for foreign Bidders. Tender fee should be paid prior to Bidder’s receipt of Bidding Documents by electronic transfer to: VND account No.: 008.100.000001.1 or USD account No.: 008.137.000002.9 – Beneficiary: Vietsovpetro at Vietcombank – Vung Tau Branch.
Pre-bid inspection: Bidders are required to gather at Vietsovpetro Gate, 105 Le Loi Street, Thang Nhi Ward, Vung Tau City at 08:30 AM on 10/9/2019. Representatives of VSP will take the contractors to inspection Turbines.
Bid closing time: Deadline for submission of Bid Proposal is 09:00 AM on 16/9/2019 (Hanoi time, GMT+7). Timely submitted Bid Proposals will be publicly opened at 09:30 AM on the same day and all submitted Bidders are invited to attend.
Bid Bond: Bid Proposal is to be accompanied by a Bid Bond of USD 60.000,00 or VND 1.380.000.000,00 with the validity of thirty (30) days from the Bid Closing date, issued by Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam Vungtau Branch and strictly complied with the format provided by Vietsovpetro.
